About Mindvize

The basics.

What is Mindvize?

Mindvize is a personalised career guidance platform that blends psychology, technology, and human insight to help individuals make informed career decisions.

What does "Align to Ascend" mean?

It represents our core philosophy: first aligning with your story, interests, and values before helping you ascend toward your true potential.

Who is Mindvize for?

Students from Class 8 onwards, college students exploring their next step, and professionals considering a shift or growth in career direction.

What makes Mindvize different from other career counselling platforms?

We go beyond assessments. Each journey is mapped with personal insights, real-time analytics, and a tailored career roadmap — not generic reports.

How the process works

Step by step.

How does the Mindvize process begin?

It starts with a quick intake: once you sign up, we understand your goals, share an assessment link, and schedule your counselling session.

What are the main stages of the Mindvize process?

Align — we understand your interests and aspirations. Discover — you take scientific assessments to identify strengths and personality traits. Ascend — we decode your results and align them to suitable career paths. Beyond — a customised career roadmap.

How long is each counselling session?

Sessions generally last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Are the sessions conducted online or offline?

Currently, sessions are offered online.

What happens after I book a session?

You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details and a secure assessment link.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' prior notice.

Assessments & reports

What the assessment involves.

What kind of assessment does Mindvize use?

We use standardised, scientifically validated psychometric tools to assess personality, interests, and aptitude.

Is it like a school exam?

No, it isn't. There are no right or wrong answers — it's about understanding your preferences and natural tendencies.

How long does the assessment take?

Usually 60–90 minutes. You can complete it in one go or take short breaks.

What will the report include?

The report gives you insights into your personality type, strengths, career clusters, and recommended paths — all visually mapped.

Can parents view the report?

Yes. Reports can be shared with parents to help them understand their child's strengths and direction.

Will the same test work for college students or professionals?

The base framework remains consistent, but the interpretation and recommendations vary based on your stage of life and goals.
